  2. Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the correct return address (UK or Australia) and a return form.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely. We recommend trackable shipping, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refund Timeline

Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 days for your bank to process the transaction.
