Return & Refund Policy – Nissera

At Nissera, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and fair 30-day return policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and Google Merchant Center requirements.


Your Consumer Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or as described. These rights exist in addition to our return policy and cannot be excluded.

No restocking fees apply to any returns.


Return Window

You must request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging included.


Return Shipping Information

  • Customer-paid returns:
    For change-of-mind returns, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

  • Nissera-paid returns:
    If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Nissera will cover the return shipping cost.

📌 We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


How to Return an Item

  1. Request approval: Email info@nissera.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive instructions: If approved, we will send a return form and the return address.

  3. Prepare the package: Include the item in its original packaging with the completed return form.

  4. Ship the item: Use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 days for the funds to appear.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing or colour adjustments where stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or regulatory reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page prior to purchase.


Tracking Your Return

Customers are responsible for retaining proof of shipping for all returns. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
